I was feeling really unhappy with my post-pregnancy body after having my second baby. Sessions with Sarah have been amazing. I’ve lost two stone in 6 months and feel strong, healthy and confident again. Sarah goes at a pace that is right for you. She is encouraging and supportive. Her gym is a great environment to work out in. I can’t recommend her enough.

Sarah is a fantastic trainer and comes highly recommended - she strikes the brilliant balance of being fun and creative with her work-outs whilst making you work hard and get results. Sarah is very knowledgeable and a great fitness professional to work with. She provides a challenging but fun workout in both her boot camps and in 1:1 training sessions. I really appreciate that she listens to your feedback on likes and dislikes and programs your workouts to reflect what you enjoy doing. I've seen big gains in my strength working with her and she's also been really helpful in working on my nutrition as well. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for either group...

I've been training with Sarah for over a year now and always come away from each session feeling good. She understands your personal needs and ability and has helped me feel stronger but also more confident when I'm training. The gym plans she gives you are easy to follow and you can track your progress too. I also attend her group training sessions which are fun and challenging, with great music! Would definitely recommend Sarah :)

I recently started doing PT sessions with Sarah and I love them! I'd never even been to a gym before we started the sessions and was a bit nervous, but she made the whole experience so relaxed and fun. Sarah tailored the sessions to my fitness goals and I am already seeing a big difference physically as well as mentally!
