We enjoyed going to yoga every with Sarah from 9weeks until just over 6months. Sarah creates such a welcoming, safe and calm space for you to complete the yoga moves at your own pace- she provides any modifications if needed also which I found to be super helpful after an injury. I would highly recommend any new mum to attend classes.

Sarah was one of my first yoga teachers, and over the last few years she has really inspired me into my yoga journey. I thoroughly recommend her classes, invigorating but also relaxing, and always varied. Sarah is always there with thoughtful and thorough advice and encouragement regardless of your level of experience. I always look forward to the next class.

Sarah is an amazing yoga instructor. Her classes allow you to rest, rejuvenate and relax. She is a welcoming, thoughtful and caring teacher. I always look forward to starting my week with her class. She ensures that all levels - whether you’re a beginner (like me!) or a seasoned pro that you will able to take steps and make adjustments towards improving!

I have been attending Sarah’s classes for about 5 years now and have always found her extremely professional, kind and compassionate. The classes are always varied and I always come out feeling very relaxed. She is very thorough in her approach and always explains asanas in great detail to ensure that everyone from beginner to advanced level can get the most of their experience. Yoga with Sarah really helps me to stay grounded and I am very grateful to have come across her wonderful classes.

I've been attending yoga classes with Sarah for many years now and would highly recommend her as a teacher. Her classes are always fun, and she gently challenges you but without ever pushing you too far. She is warm and friendly and always makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable in her classes. I can definitely feel the benefit after each class - I always feel more relaxed, but also with more energy, and my body feels more flexible without fewer aches and pains.
