  • Sarah is a fantastic PT she is knowledgeable, passionate and very motivational. She has the sessions well organised fun.

  • Summary - As a result of 4  x 1 hour 1-2-1 sessions plus a few short home sessions i am in much less back pain with a stronger core plus all round a lot fitter! With a sustainable plan to follow at the end of it. Read on for more detail.... Negatives - None, apart from she is very busy so availability maybe be limited, but always ask to find out? Personal training- Understanding, good listener, caring and supportive. -Rght balance of constructive criticism with positivity and encouragement...
