  • Tracy is, beyond being a fantastic teacher, a brilliant, caring guide for pregnancy. She couldn’t do enough for all the group and her classes filled me with confidence and valuable insights and advice that I didn’t find elsewhere. Tracy really shaped my pregnancy and I’m certain that her support totally contributed to my positive birthing experience. My only wish is that she did post natal classes!

  • I started attending from 28 weeks and also had injuries which Tracy helped me work around and always offered suggestions and support to work around them. There are always extra props and cushions available when needed.   • Tracy is a wonderful yoga teacher, her classes are well thought out and give you an opportunity to discuss all things pregnancy and birth, as well as the opportunity to meet other expecting mums. I was a little worried before my first class as I was so out of shape and already pretty pregnant but the class is so calm and not demanding on a pregnant body.   • I absolutely loved yoga classes with Tracy. She is a truly amazing teacher- very warm, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and supportive. As a beginner myself, I felt very much at ease being in a small in-person class. The initial tea and chat times at the start of each class also really helped to build my confidence as a first time mother. The classes were the highlight of my week and would highly recommend for anyone in pregnancy and at any stage of it!

  • I really enjoyed my first prenatal yoga session. Tracy is a lovely yoga instructor and makes you feel very welcome. I love that there is half an hour at the beginning of the class to get to know other mums while sipping herbal tea surrounded by candles with the discussion guided by Tracy.
