Now this was a unexpected. Came here cus I hade a faulty device and I was seeking some help. From the moment you step in you are greeted by the staff with hello and a smile. Really cool retail exhibition event type space. On site support you can book to then bring in devices. Ron in their support team is particularly knowledgeable about the wearable and mobile range, was really helpful to answer all my questions and explain everything. All issues sorted and phone like brand new again. I'll definitely use this service instead of posting phone away from now on

Came here to collect my Galaxy live buds. When I entered the establishment there was a member of staff standing at a podium. They greeted me and asked how they can help. I then explained the nature of my visit. I was then asked to scan a QR code and input my order details. Once I done this I was directed to wait near a huge curve screen at the back of the store. Very helpful and and patient. I was given a Samsung classic 4 watch as a gift. I spent 5 days trying to set it up ringing both vodafone and Samsung phone support. As it would work with my phone, but then not independently as a phone. or the reverse. At no time did it work 100%.
