I trained with Schanel during my pregnancy - from 16 to 39 weeks. Schanel is a fantastic PT - she was knowledgable about prenatal fitness and my/the baby’s safety was central to her training programme. We focussed on my overall strength and fitness, rather on a specific area. Schanel is very good at demonstrating the exercise and ensuring good technique to avoid injury.
