  • I went to Sam looking for a bit more direction for my regular workouts, and came away with a better understanding of how to perform specific exercises that I was previously unsure of. Even working with Sam just once per month helped me to see improved changes in my body. I would highly recommend him as a PT and to anyone wanting help with their own personal health journey.
