Sam really puts the personal into personal training. Everything he does is geared around you. He is supportive and encouraging whilst being gentle and kind. He helps you achieve what you want to achieve but also extends your horizons. I'd become a real couch potato and decided to do some exercise for health reasons. Its not something I enjoy. The progress I have made because of Sam is amazing. I can do more at 62 than I ever have in my life. Give him a try you will not regret it
