Great PT that makes fitness available to everyone. Is kind and professional and really pushes you to keep going and enjoy the exercise. Would highly recommend for anyone just starting their fitness journey or wanting some guidance to get to the next step.

Sam is great. I’ve trained with him for about 5 years. He clearly loves his job and he loves people. He keeps training interesting and fun. He mixes up his workouts and pushes you to train your best.

Sam has helped me massively. He's improved my health and got me back into a good fitness routine.... I wasn't in a great place with my weight a few months ago but now i see a huge improvement and it's lifted my overall mood. He's friendly, positive and extremely knowledgeable about what exactly you should be doing to get to your goal. Not only that he makes fitness fun and I would highly recommend him.

I have found Sam to be an excellent trainer. I am a cancer survivor and he has helped me to combat chronic fatigue, with the result that my quality of life is much improved. I am also far fitter than I was when I started with him. He tailors his exercises to the client's abilities and limitations. He is an excellent motivator who has not forgotten his sense of humour.

Sams been my PT now for about 5 months. Originally I wanted his help so that I could run faster and longer (love to run!) and generally to get stronger. Sam has definitely helped me achieve the above massively and aside from this I can feel a huge difference in my body and my fitness. Would absolutely recommend Sam for getting the results you want, as well as a highly motivational yet easy to work with PT
