I have been working with Sam for nearly 2 years and have come to look forward to training in a way I have never before. Have been Sam's client for about a year. He is organised, focused and really helps you achieve your own goals. He has a subtle blend of being demanding yet encouraging just at the right time when you feel like quitting. Highly recommend him to anyone considering a personal trainer.

Sam is amazing. I can honestly say he has changed my entire mindset about not only exercise, but they way I view diet and my weight in general.
