I have been practising yoga with Sam now for a number of years and hope to continue for many more. Sam's yoga is perfect for me as an cyclist and gardener. Her focus is on people who have a very physical lifestyle thorugh sport and work. She helps keep my body strong and supple. I have had the privlage to attend three of Sams yoga retreats, which I could not recommend highly enough! Love the Sams way of teaching, very clear and supportive. She is able to complete the movements as well as keeping an eye on the whole class whilst giving clear instructions. Both her teaching meditation and yoga is fantastic! I can not wait until next year to be able to attend another retreat with Sam!

Love Sam's yoga sessions. Always feel relaxed whilst also building strength at the same time - a great mix. I really enjoy Sam's way of teaching - she has built an incredible foundation of understanding the physiology/anatomy of the body, the in's and out's of yoga, the pressures of life and sport. Learned lots from her sessions, and she caters the lesson for all levels. Since Sam's beginnings, I have been going to her Yoga classes. It's the best way to stretch & relax. She is a highly experienced athlete so has an all-round understanding of physiology which helps if you have an injury or need to work on specific areas. She adapts her practice to include all levels in a super friendly class. Love Sam and would always recommend her!
