I started with Sal about 3 months ago and would definitely recommend him. He’s super knowledgable and will tailor your plan to meet your specific goals. The sessions are tough but always different and always fun.

I was in one of Cal’s kickboxing/ theatre groups. He was a great facilitator. The group was fun, and we covered lots. Cal really knew how to motivate people and make strenuous physical exercise feel easy, and facilitated really well the group working collaboratively for both kickboxing and theatre. I think he’s amazing and highly recommend him.

10/10 experience with Cal's training. The way he runs his sessions really a) help you to get more out of yourself than you thought was possible, and b) ends up being a really fun time, Cal is a very passionate, and genuine guy. Completely personalised sessions catered to your fitness levels and abilities, definitely recommend.

Cal is completely different to other trainers I have worked with in the past. He is not only super experienced but he really motivates you without making you feel bad. I love his approach to focussing on endurance and the mind rather than arbitrary goals like 'getting ripped'. He clearly enjoys what he does and the first trainer I have had where I actually look forward to the sessions (its not all comfy though, you will be knackered after!). Have already recommended to a couple of people too.
