After doing the 30 day small group personal training trial, I've signed up for the year because I've loved it so much - I've lost weight, got stronger and fitter and it's been so much fun! It's a really encouraging environment and you're fully supported, and in only 6 weeks I'm leaner and feeling generally more positive about myself. It really has worked wonders!

I've been with the SHPT90 team for just over three months now. Had never set foot in a gym before and the team are so welcoming and helpful. I have PT sessions once a week and have completely changed my diet, based on their expert advice (Corey is a qualified nutritionist which is really useful). The SHPT90 team also provide tips and recipes on a regular basis which is great and you have access to the whole team 24/7 as they set up your own WhatsApp group for support, questions, ideas. I have used SHPT90 for 2 months now and have trained with Sacha, Corey and Martina. The sessions are always really well structured and they all push you to your limit without over doing it. I love the recipes that come through on a Monday to help me get through my week and to stop the boredom setting it. The WhatsApp group makes sure that they are always around with lots of tips and advice if you need it.

I have been training with Sach and his team for 4 years, my fitness and strength has improved considerably. Support and advice on nutrition has also been very helpful in maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Sessions are always carried out in a positive environment and, although challenging, are always rewarding.
