Mindful Pilates helps you deepen your understanding of the connection between your body and mind, giving you a greater sense of wellbeing and calm from the inside. Women often come to my classes feeling bogged down with stresses and emotions from a difficult day but when they leave a Pilates session with me, feel refreshed, refocused and realigned. This is what I want to do for you too, I want you to end a Pilates class ready to tackle whatever the rest of the day has in store for you with a sense of adventure rather than that all too familiar feeling of dread.
