  • I've been training with Phil for years to help me keep up my fitness levels to do life in general as I get older. The team are knowledgeable, professional trainers who will push you to achieve your goals in a good way. The gym is a friendly, non scary environment and I always come away feeling better. I'd definitely recommend the S40 guys to anyone regardless of age and individual goals.

  • I have been attending S40 Personal training for a number of years. I have 2 sessions per week, 1 with Richard and 1 with Phil. The best of both worlds!! The decision to begin training in my fifties has been life changing! I am healthier and stronger and love the discipline of my sessions.   • I’ve been having PT sessions with Phil at S40 since shortly after my baby was born, with the goal to get fit and lose weight for my wedding. I managed to do so and continued sessions long afterwards in order to maintain my fitness and strength. The location is good, it has free parking, the gym is never crowded. My sessions are varied and interesting and I always have a good chat and a laugh to distract me from the hard work! I would definitely recommend the guys at S40 😊
