S J Academy Of Dance

What an incredible dance school. My daughter has just taken part in the 'Girl in the Hood' show at the MAST Mayflower theatre and I was blown away with the talent on stage. It is evident how much the teachers work on the childrens technique but also their stage presence. The children performed brilliantly and I cannot wait to see my daughter dance again. The standard is so high and the teachers are both knowledgeable and supportive of the students. I highly recommend this dance school.

This is an amazing friendly yet professional school. All my children went though this school and had an amazing experience with the teachers being so helpful and caring too. A dance school I can't help but compare everywhere else to! This dance school was the air I breathed for so many years from the age of 2.5 to 18 I danced weekly for SJ dance. SJ is more than just a dance school it was a home and a family. I'm still in contact with so many of the girls from back in the day. Every part of SJ is outstanding! My daughter Issie has been dancing at SJ Academy for a number of years, she has achieved great success as well as grown and developed as a dancer, both physically and emotionally. The teachers at SJ are excellent, they really understand their students, set high standards and deliver excellent teaching. Issie enjoys her classes so much she hates to being away and can't wait to get back from holidays. She loves her classes as well as being part of the SJ Associates team.

One word - Associates! This select group is by invitation only with a flexible entry criteria for the right people! Our daughter fell on the wrong side of this criteria at SJ Academy and despite all her enthusiasm and effort, never received the invitation she so desired.
