Before starting training with Redha I was struggling with commitment as a lot of us do but Redha has managed to focus me as he is personally so committed to my journey. What’s different about Redha’s training is that it is specific to my needs. I have injuries and he knows what I can and can not do and tailors the training accordingly. Since I started training with Redha I’ve lost 2 inches off my waist and dropped half a stone … and suffered no injuries!

Having struggled for years to find the time and to prioritise my health I found a class that works for me. 8 weeks ago was struggling to walk due to back issues and my general fitness was at ground zero. I then spotted an advert on FB for a 4 week restart programme for the over 40s with RZ Fitness who are based locally in Formby. I decided I had nothing to lose and signed up. When I started the RZ Fitness I was feeling tired and sluggish with so much weight around my middle area. After my 28 day challenge I noticed inches had dropped from my waist, I felt fitter and the sluggishness has disappeared. A big thank you to Redha for his motivation and determination to get me fitter. Everyday he checks in with us, on our diet and water intake, so pleased I joined, I have booked again for another month and will continue to do so as the results are totally amazing.

Before I started training with Redha I was lacking in motivation to exercise & my weight had been gradually increasing over the last few years.
