Ryan always looked for new and exiting training plans, routine suggestions and exercises that would enthuse us and keep us on track. With some light hearted banter along the way!   • Ryan provides a lovely friendly atmosphere in his classes and you can work at your own pace. It's so much fun you forget you're actually getting a really good workout! I'd definitely recommend giving his kettle bell classes a try.

  • I cannot recommend Ryan enough. After I had my third child he helped me back to fitness and then trained me for a four day bike ride across Italy!! Ryan knows his stuff, is versatile and brilliantly adjusts his sessions to meet your goals.
