I was overweight, unfit and low in confidence. I could never stick to healthy eating or fitness habits. My biggest challenge before starting my online coaching with Ryan was my confidence about my body image, nutrition and comparing myself to others. I have used Ryan Girvan PT service for over 2 years. I was a great experience. Ryan was not only focused on work outs but on overall personal development. He explained everything and gave me many tools to help me. I set my goals and we worked in my own pace around my busy schedule.
