I've been doing Ruth's pregnancy yoga classes since I was 12 weeks and have found them immensely helpful and enjoyable. Ruth is extremely informative about pelvic health and goes out of her way to share information and speak to people individually, you really feel like you have the benefits of your own private physio! I'm so glad I found these classes and have made more soon-to-be-mum friends through them than NCT

Ruth is such a wonderful health professional, leads with empathy and explained everything clearly to me so I could understand exactly what my body needs. Can’t recommend her more highly and the mummy MOT is something all women should find the time to do.

I have done several terms of ‘mum and baby’ yoga with my son. We just love the class! Ruth really knows her stuff when it comes to postnatal strengthening. My son loves the interaction, songs and massage. Ruth is so warm and welcoming. Would recommend to any new mum!
