Systema is very different to any other martial art I have seen in that it focuses on developing each individuals skills and strengths and helps you to really learn about all the things your body is capable of and susceptible too so you can get the most out of as little as possible. There are no patterns or set moves, instead it is a free flowing dance that makes the most of the opponents movements and weaknesses.
