Such a fantastic supportive and inclusive running group. I did the Beginners nearly 4 years ago and haven't looked back. What a life changer! Such a friendly bunch and Verity is a fantastic coach with a great team of run leaders. Always a great atmosphere.

A fantastic running club, can't rate highly enough. As a complete beginner, the beginners running course gave me the confidence to start running. Now a member of the running club, which has brilliant on-going coaching and amazing support and camaraderie amongst all the members.
