I would recommend Danny for running and fitness, great encouragement when you feel you cannot do anymore, keeps a log of your process as your workout is going and is very friendly and personable. If your looking for a PT which is running based with an element of weight training, look no further!

I trained with Danny during the build up to my half marathon. He included a great variety of workouts such as long runs, interval training, weight training and mobility exercises. Danny kept me engaged, motivated and focused on my goals and I smashed a personal best in my half marathon time! I highly recommend personal running sessions with Danny.
