The team at Ruff Diamonds really care, using positive reinforcement techniques only. They treated us with kindness and patience, instilling in us the confidence and skills to help our reactive rescue staffie cross. Now our unfocussed and slightly bonkers bichon frise is benefitting from their magic touch. Thanks for everything Team RD!

My schnoodle Lulu was so lively I thought she would never learn but persisting with her recall has saved her live many times. My rescue cocker Poppy is now having some basics and socialization with my neighbours daughter Keira and is being so beneficial. Such a great experience with Ruff Diamonds the staff are brilliant and aim to help you as much as they can in training your dog. The classes themselves are brilliant teaching your dog to listen to you and what you want them to do while also socialising them at the same time. I would highly recommend Fiona and Ruff Diamonds to anybody looking at improving the obedience of their dog. Fiona has just started to work with my nervous one year old Chihuahua X Yorkie, Buttons.
