Before training with rubin I was very inactive and unhealthy. After just a short time with him I saw huge changes in my physical abilities which also helped me mentally. He’s great at explaining techniques and tailors every session to suit your personal needs. Highly recommended

Rubin is a great PT. I have been training with him for over 3 years. The sessions are tough but always fun and he pushes you to improve and not give up. The training is varied for each session, and you will do cardio, boxing and strength. Absolutely love it! During lockdown he created a whole new virtual bootcamp program and it was a really good way to stay healthy throughout the last 2 years.

I’m a guy in his late 50’s, looking to stay in shape, feel strong and healthy, and work out with a challenging trainer who’s not endlessly pestering me with fads, gimmicks and catchphrases. Rubin’s exactly that. Tried and tested program, uncomplicated, working hard in the gym with a lovely fella who has years of experience. And I feel great. Couldn’t recommend Rubin highly enough, whatever your stage of life….

I have trained with Rubin for several years. I suffered a slipped disk 4 years ago and Rubin helped me get back into lifting by engaging with my chiropractor . During lockdown Rubin ran three online Bootcamp sessions a week plus PT sessions. I would recommend Rubin to anyone . Sessions are hard and what I admire is that you will complete your session in full even if your hour is up - not all PT’s do that !! .

Rubin is a truly inspirational PT. I have been training with Rubin for almost 7 years. Every session is completely different to the last (unless you are on a weight lifting programme) He has helped me gain strength, confidence and motivation!!
