Rich is a great PT, really easy to get on with and encourages you through really good workouts. Workouts aren’t repetitive and he listens to you and challenges you. Will keep coming back!!

Brilliant place for Personal Training. Really customed for your needs and you see great improvements. Heroes welcome, but normies made to feel just as welcome. Had sessions with Rich for two years now and feel so much better for it.

I have been exercising with Richard twice weekly for 3 months now, with the specific goal of improving my strength. Richard is a personable & patient Personal Trainer. His programs can be though at times & a real good workout. However, I love how they make me feel afterwards. Richard is encouraging, he has helped me improve my fitness & strength & pushes me gently out of my comfort zones. I would highly recommend him.

The studio is well situated and there is ample parking a short walk away. Rich the owner knows his stuff! He caters for all types of fitness goals, he is patient, motivating and has helped me a great deal in terms of mobility and fitness. I was getting really bored with the usual gym and Rich makes every session different, and he always challenges me. I would highly recommend him!
