Had a telephone interview with Anna regarding my puppy problems with mouthing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me immensely. My puppy is now much calmer and wounds are healing nicely with no new ones. Would definitely recommend.

First time using kennels for my dogs and was nerve racking but they provided photos and video during their stay showing me just how happy they were. If ever need a hotel and local, highly recommend. I had quite an eventful week and were the most understanding to my situation.

Royvon shares pics on FB of your dog having playtime and walks, and seem happy to answer calls asking how your dog is doing. Both ideal for someone with a new dog and a bit of anxiety over leaving her somewhere overnight! You can pay extra for a mini bedroom rather than putting your dog in a kennel, which is very much worth the money IMO. Also the lady on reception is an absolute dream and our dog LOVES her and always wants to sit with her being fussed all day.

Our dog always comes back happy and healthy and the daily pictures of him shared on Facebook for us to see, always show him having a great time. He seems to get plenty of exercise and attention from the staff (he's usually worn out when we pick him up). They keep him clean and he always smells amazing when we pick him up 😁 He's also always happy to return there.
