I started having sessions with Ross as a novice in the gym and now feel confident in my own workout plans. Ross is very knowledgeable and puts in extra time to change workout plans to help me improve and progress in the gym. Highly recommend and look forward to more sessions in the future.

Ross has not only provided me with his expertise but also the confidence to go to the gym out with our sessions. Ross is supportive and passionate about his job, he is also quite often entertaining making the workout enjoyable. I’d recommend Ross Gow to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer as he gave me constant encouragement and always varies our workout sessions which helps to keep me motivated.

Before training with Ross I had no knowledge in the gym, now I can confidently create workouts of my own and use the full benefit of all areas in the gym. Ross has expert knowledge and a positive attitude towards our sessions. He has helped me to push myself beyond what I wouldn’t have believed possible, whilst listening to what was and wasn’t working for me. I just finished a 6wk block of PT sessions with Ross. Having never stepped a foot inside a gym, Ross created a workout and guided me through all the equipment, with a lot of patience. I was amazed at how much I enjoyed the sessions and could see my fitness improving. Ross is so friendly and gives loads of encouragement to help you achieve your goals.
