Although I have always maintained a fairly healthy lifestyle I have noticed as I have got older I have lost some of my strength and flexibility and although I do a fair amount of walking with my dog I needed guidance and encouragement to exercise. Rosemary's enthusiasm and dedication to fitness has truly been an inspiration for me adapting a healthier lifestyle. On my journey I have succumbed to various injuries. Rosemary has been a real help in getting me back on track. Her Sunday email blog is a great way to ensure I stay on course to reach my fitness goals. They are realistic about fitting exercise into today's busy lifestyle!

As a teenager in secondary school, I never performed well in athletics. Therefore, running never had much appeal to me. However, as the result of a new year resolution, I decided to give it a go and received extremely helpful advice from Rosemary. I’ve never known anyone more dedicated to exercise than Rosemary! She is a great motivator, and helped me train for my 40-50mile a day cycling holiday. Before Rosemary I could barely manage to cycle more than 10miles in one go, but with her support and guidance I was able to complete my week long intense cycling holiday, and enjoyed every minute of it!
