I've been training with Ron for 5 years now; initially my plan was to lose weight -- and having lost 60kg (9½ stone!); I'm now enjoying training and building strength in ways I never thought possible. Not only do I now feel great, it's also totally changed the roles I get in my amateur dramatics groups; I've gone from being a 30-something playing grandfathers to a a 40-something playing teenagers!

I've been training with Ron for about a year and a half. It's been the best experience ever he gets to know you inside and out. Ron is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He has kept me motivated and to just keep on going and never give up. My shape and size has changed significantly that I'm 2 dress sizes smaller. If anyone is thinking of having a personal trainer, Ron is your man.

Ron has been training me for two years so I think it’s reasonable now to leave some feedback. I’m not a natural gym user and I’ve struggled mentally to use it regularly and maintain my health. However, Ron has taken me on a journey which has helped me improve my health, improve my diabetes (lowered my long term blood sugars), and helped me overcome my gym motivation drops.
