I've been coming here for 12 months now. The friendly, family values at the club is evident throughout. Mike has done a excellent job with the coaches. Damon, Dave, John and Paul help pull all people from all walks of life together! I love how the more experienced ranks are paired with the new students, it's easy to offer advice to the new starters! I love this place.

Joined RGA Salford last month and absolutely love it. Never took part in any Martial Arts so was going in completely fresh. Was made very welcome from the minute I walked through the door. My 7yo son started at RGA around 7 weeks ago. From the moment we walked through the doors he was made to feel so welcome. With their friendly and engaging approach it took no time at all getting him to participate, which is something he has struggled to do at past attempts at different activities. Great place for both beginners and more experienced people. Really thorough and detailed explanations of why we are doing things and a great group of people. Mike, the clubs Head Coach and Black Belt, is really knowledgeable and the other coaches are great too and really help with developing your game. There are kids classes and the second my son is old enough he'll be going. Great place to train with top class coaches and a great bunch of people!! Couldn't recommend high enough.

My daughter new to the academy was made welcome from day one. Great vibe to the classes. New techniques every week. She really enjoys it. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere always and it's a joy to observe all the kids growing in confidence and skill every week
