When I met JP I was a bit stuck training and diet wise. I’d had pretty successful weight loss results previously, with a very low kcal / low carb / high cardio approach, but when I came out of that I didn’t understand how to manage my metabolism correctly. So I upped calories to a more sustainable level, but kept activity high to try to avoid gaining fat. I can not recommend JP enough! I’ve attempted many diet plans in my time, which in the long run have lead me to dropping weight quickly but not being able to maintain the results in the long term. JP not only gave me great results but he also continues to help me to maintain my physique, whilst enjoying a happy and healthy life - I’ve never felt better. THANK YOU again JP :)

JP really knows what he is talking about and changes around my nutrition and workouts based on my injuries and goals. With my wedding coming up, he has been key to keeping me accountable, training hard around my injuries and being there to help spur me on even if I have events that could deter me. Best decision to switch training with him!

JP is one of the best trainers I’ve trained with. I came to him broken by injury and illness. JP adopts an intelligent and personalised approach in his training. In my case, not only has training with him improved my fitness, I have also gained confidence and totally shifted my perception of what I can achieve. I have gone from giving up on myself to looking forward to training and hitting my goals in and outside of the gym.
