Just completed my first 2 sessions with Robert as an online personal trainer using Zoom. This is my 4th personal trainer but my first time using online service from home. I have been using Robert for last 4months as I wanted to shed my baby weight, I’d always struggled to get into the gym, but with Robert’s knowledge, professionalism, great personality and fun workouts he got me back in the gym and really enjoying it and what’s really good is that he is super flexible, which is what u need when u have a a little baby! Would highly recommend him. 👍🙌

Rob is a fantastic PT, his sessions are really fun and challenging at the same time. He pushes you but is motivating at the same time. He encourages me to work as hard as I can to reach my goals. He has a great understanding of what I need from him as a PT and is helping me to reach my fitness goals. I always enjoy his sessions. Definitely recommended

I came across Rob when I was in need of a Personal Trainer and he ticked all the boxes that I needed from a personal trainer. Rob, definitely puts you through the paces on the physical side of things and keeps you on track with your nutrition but is a massive help when discussing your mental health. From what Rob has achieved with me both physically and mentally over the weeks has been great and pushed me to carry on with my boxing. An overall great trainer and highly recommend.

Robert is a great PT, his sessions are really fun and challenging, he pushes you but in a very supportive way. Robert is really kind, motivating and he always encourages me to work as hard as I can to reach my fitness and strength goals. I’d highly recommend Robert, he can really help you reach your fitness goals and also provides great advice on nutrition and healthy eating.
