I really can’t thank Rob enough for what he has helped me to achieve. I came to him when I was extremely underweight and lacked self confidence. I have always struggled to put weight on and wanted to look more feminine with some curves. He was extremely knowledgeable and motivating in the process. With his guidance and workouts I have achieved results I never knew were possible as well as improved my relationship with food. I am so much happier and more confident now! Thank you Rob :)

Rob is approachable, extremely knowledgable and has provided me with a tailored plan that fits my exercise and nutritional needs. Pt sessions are fun and varied and he knows how to motivate you to push yourself during each session. Highly recommended.

Rob made me feel really comfortable as soon as I walked into the gym. It was such a refreshing feeling to know that my best interest was his main priority.
