Best group I've ever come across. Just completed my first 8WL with amazing results - lost over 4kg and a dress size down with not fad diets! Its all about knowledge and accountability and once you know its simple. The support is fantastic and my only regret is not having found Rob sooner! Will be continuing with Rob for months to come 😃

I’ve just completed my second round with Rob and after trying several diets, fads and goodness knows what else, I’ve finally managed to shift most of the extra baggage I’ve been trying to shift for years. His workouts are manageable and maintainable (unlike many of the others) and really are for all abilities. I've just completed my 8WL and I'm sitting here over a stone lighter and feeling fantastic and motivated to stay fit and healthy. The program really got me thinking in a different way about several things, which is great, as you can't get lasting change if you keep doing things the old way (which didn't work).
