I have been training with Rob for a while now and he has really helped me in so many ways. Not only am I feeling stronger and healthier than ever, I also have so much confidence in going to the gym by myself as Rob has given me a better idea of what to do! He is so friendly and encouraging, I would highly recommend using Rob as your personal trainer.

What a difference a year can make. I started 2021 feeling terrible on a physical and mental level, with much of that down to a lack of exercise. But the immediate rapport I built with Rob helped me break that cycle and I now look forward to every session. I've been training with Rob for two years and in that time I've lost a significant amount of weight and got a lot healthier.
