Rob Harvey’s workouts have been amazing. They have kept me going through lockdown and beyond. The varied nature of the programme makes it not only interesting but you get a full body workout. I would highly recommend him

Rob is friendly, encouraging and professional. He takes your individual needs into account and provides a plan for you and you only. He works within flexible hours and schedules your workouts around you. Results are known to be seen within weeks of his sessions

Rob has helped me alot with my confidence in the gym and with injury prevention. Little over a year ago I struggled finishing a 5k run but Rob trained me well for my first half marathon. He is very professional, is able to create a personalised gym routing based on your goals and body type and his nutrition knowledge means he can help you create a good diet plan too.

Rob has been an amazing personal trainer, looking into detail of technique and pushes me all the time and always has my best interests. He looks at my nutrition and advises what food is best to meet my goals. I've lost over a stone and 7% body weight with him and I look at exercises and good completely differently now, could not recommend him enough!
