I’ve trained with Dave on and off for many years and I keep coming back as he just knows his stuff. His workouts are full on yet efficient, his knowledge of nutrition and biology surpass any other trainer I’ve worked with. And he is a really good guy. Don’t waste your cash with a chain gym PT or hyper-marketed transformation specialist.

Came across RNGD at the end of last year, while I was searching for a trainer who could help me build strength and manage my Scoliosis. So happy I did, as David has been super supportive and really listened to me and my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trainer who makes them feel comfortable and in control of their health and fitness journey.

Dave provides a great personalised, structured program plus an easy to follow nutritional plan. It’s also a really nice private/relaxed environment to train in, and I really look forward to my sessions! Dave has also helped me with my injured knee and bad posture, so I’m very pleased I found him!

Have had an excellent experience with Dave so far. I got in touch after a couple of years away from working out due to injury among other reasons and his functional fitness program has been fantastic in building my strength and fitness again. Dave has been an amazing PT - he focuses on form and takes a holistic approach to training rather than just caring about quick results. We’ve been gradually moving through a strength training program, which has been challenging but appropriate for my ability / strength. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to begin or improve their strength training or overall fitness!
