  • I enjoy Ruth's classes as she can tailor the movements that she is instructing to everyone to suit individuals age and capabilities. She has a lovely, caring professional manner and this helps me personally feel comfortable in her classes. I especially enjoy the restorative yoga class as I arrive feeling all scrunched up and leave feeling that I want to skip down the alleyway!

  • Ruth draws on her huge depth of knowledge to teach yoga and pilates for all levels of student. Her calmness and clarity of instruction create a safe place to practice at whatever level you choose, and always come away feeling mentally refreshed and physically that bit stronger.

  • I've been doing Pilates with Ruth for nearly 5 years. I started as a complete novice; no experience of Pilates or Yoga. Her clear instruction and eagle eyes ensure you perform the exercises correctly and safely. At the beginning of each session Ruth checks whether anyone has any specific issues that day and will suggest variations of exercises as appropriate. The Dynamic Pilates sessions can be hard work but are enjoyable and rewarding.

  • Ruth is an excellent yoga and pilates teacher. She is always conscious of any of my injuries and weaknesses and has a way of gently teaching correct form and strengthening important muscles. Her classes cater for all abilities and I find Ruth's holistic approach engenders a peaceful state of mind while working hard.
