I’ve been training with Richard for about 6 months now, and I can definitely recommend him! Each session is unique and fun, and completely personalized to meet my goals and objectives. He is very friendly and really knowledgable about fitness, health and nutrition. I always look forward to my training sessions with him!

Definitely would recommend! Very friendly and gives good advice. I was able to gain weight with Richard in a few months when I've been trying to do it myself for years. He will alter your workout depending on what you need. I look forward to our training sessions :).

Rich is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable with a lot of experience in many different types of training. His sessions are always varied, interesting and a real challenge. I always know I'm in for a real work out with him! Every session is different which is great as you are always motivated and looking forward to what he has in store for you. I have been training with Richard for about 18 months and the aspect I enjoy the most is how interesting and varied he makes the sessions.
