Catherine has totally changed the way I view exercise…I’m absolutely loving the way my body has changed & how strong & toned I’ve become. I’m 48 and can honestly say I’m fitter, more toned & stronger than I was in my 20s & 30s. I’m even learning to do headstands and handstands 😊.

Catherine is an excellent trainer. She listens, encourages and helps you to reach your goals. She has a lovely manner; pushing you without shouting at you and educating you along the way. Would highly recommend.

A brilliant fitness coach and nutritionist. Really knows how to get the best out of you, how to ensure correct way to do things so as to avoid injury and maximise potential. And to top it all of is a super nice lady who is so approachable and friendly. Couldn’t recommend Rightway Fitness more. 👍👍

I've just finished a week's introductory online personal training with Catherine and I can't recommend her highly enough 🙌🏼 The coaching and feedback I received was great, catherine is both motivational and supportive 💪🏼 Friendly, professional 5 Start service - I'm sure to be back for more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐⭐

I’ve trained intermittently for most of my adult life. Catherine’s attention to detail is second to none. Getting technical is where it’s at! She directs you perfectly. With just the right amount of encouragement and motivation to help you see how the way you move in each exercise can be inefficient. When you get it right with her guidance it feels so different. Done correctly 10 reps of any of her regime feels like 3 sets of ten in my old world. It’s amazing. Her passion is infectious! Humou...
