  • James really helped me to get back on track with my fitness & nutrition. I used to be really in shape but really fell out of sync with it with my changing lifestyle. He helped me find a routine that worked for me. And really crack the best methods for building it into your daily routine so it doesn't even feel like it's hard. I lost 10 kilos since we started and my confidence is miles higher than 6 months ago and i cant wait to see where it will take me!

  • I started working with James in Aug and I'm so impressed with his knowledge and his dedication to his clients. He researched the health condition I have and planned my workouts to take account of my individual needs. Before I was seeing James, I would regularly have falls (due to my health condition) but I haven't had one fall since working with him. My general health and well being has improved, I've lost a bit of weight and have also joined a gym!! Thanks James :-)
