Very unprofessional had booked training and contacted on the day to make sure it was okay to come down for the course only then for it to be cancelled two hours before it began.Then asked would it be possible to rebook but instead of trying to fix the issue and the fault of their own I was rudely ignored.Maybe needs a course himself on how to work better with customers
