I’ve only been training with Dan for a few months but I am already noticing a big difference in how I feel and look. Before training with Dan, I hadn’t done any exercise for awhile and I was feeling massively out of shape. Dan has been brilliant from day one and takes his time to really understand what I want out of the sessions. I highly recommend Dan.

We have weekly sessions with Dan, and have noticeably increased our fitness levels. He does vary our routine regularly so it doesn’t become monotonous while considerate about any illnesses or pains we might have e.g. rotator cuff strain. Everything is done at a pace and with good humour. All equipment is in good condition I should add. Flexible and effective, and enjoyable.

I have known Dan for a number of years in different sports contexts. He has applied to personal training his strong attention to detail including ensuring his exercises match your individual requirements. I really enjoy his innovative, thorough and highly personable approach to training. Dan combines a good academic understanding of personal training along with a practical approach. I would highly recommend Dan for personal training.

I’ve been training with Dan for over 2 years and is no exaggeration to say he has transformed my personal strength and fitness.
