Amazing 2 days on the amateur course, I didn't expect to learn so much! Ricardo is a great teacher, talks through the entire pizza making process from the importance of the dough, giving you a good understanding of how to make your own dough. Providing great tips which he has learnt from his years of experience. Had an amazing training today with Richard doing the amateur course. I love cooking and have always tried to make pizza and struggled with stretching dough and making it a really great end result. Richard talked me through everything and showed me in easy to follow steps. I now feel confident that I can produce great results at home. Highly recommend Richard’s training

What a great evening we had, my husband's birthday surprise was a pizza course by Riccardo …. From ……pizza school. From making dough to cooking our own home made pizza in our Gozney Roccbox. Ricardo was professional, personable, patient and a lot of fun. I came to learn on a 2 week course after having just under a years worth of experience as a pizzaiolo in a self-taught pizzeria. Ricardo has been an excellent teacher and has really helped me to take my journey with pizza to the next level. A good balance between theory and practical makes the course engaging and fun.
