I have been training with Rich for many years and he has helped me in every way ! Losing weight/ gaining strength/recovering from various injuries - he never puts a foot wrong ! Always supportive and motivating and weirdly for a gym session training with him is something I look forward to. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I have been training for many years now with Richard. It is always interesting and challenging and we continue to chase new goals or adjust if injuries demand. He seems to have an inexhaustible supply of exercises for every circumstance and can train online, in the gym or park. I love my sessions despite or because of being pushed hard and to my limits and happily recommend him to anyone at any fitness level.

Richard has helped me over the last 8 years..recovering from slipped discs, gaining core strength and generally enjoying being back in the gym! I’m still having weekly sessions with him in the gym or on zoom. He’s also a very nice bloke!

Richard has been my trainer for years now, and I couldn’t be happier about it! Incredibly knowledgeable (after a long career!), and a great communicator/coach. Always available on WhatsApp, and very flexible around my busy work schedule. On top of all of that, he’s just a truly great guy and company!
