Rich and I have been working together to get me leaner for about 3 months. Throughout that time Rich has consistently been present and focused, tweaking and adjusting a detailed plan to suit me and my body, handling both illness and injury. Started training with Richard a few months ago to help with my weight loss and I feel healthier already. He provides both a personalised nutrition plan and a workout routine to help with your fitness goals and after only a few weeks I have already started to see the differences. Rich is a really sound guy, easy to talk to, and is always great at giving any extra motivation when needed. Would highly recommend.

I've been training with Rich for over 3 months now, I highly recommend him. Having never had a personal trainer before I can really see the benefits. I feel fitter and stronger than ever. He has created a personalised plan consisting of push and pull days and a personalised diet plan.
