I started in July 2020 and am loving the whole experience. The small group classes are great - lots of choices to make things easier or more challenging. Coaches are incredibly supportive and the atmosphere is always positive and welcoming. Losing weight is the bonus on top of feeling so much healthier and fitter. I started at the Birchgrove gym late last year, having previously had back problems I wanted to strengthen my core muscles to help with my back. The classes have been excellent and I now have more confidence to do things that I wouldn't attempt because of my back. I have lost 9lbs and 5 inches off my waist which is a big help also. The Trainers are so friendly and really want you to succeed. Any problems they are quick to help you resolve them. I highly recommend them a very safe environment with all safety measures put in place during this difficult time of the pandemic. You can feel safe with them.
