  • My first experience with Riccardo and has not been disappointed! I train with him about2 times a week and find a consistent positive vibe, he can create a perfect workout environment. He is there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. I highly recommend Riccardo if you want a life changing experience.
