It took 3.5 months, 7 emails and a legal letter to get a refund for an exam that RGT had cancelled. This organisation has wasted a lot of my time.

Their materials are the best I've found with a clear focus and excellent skill diversity. A brilliant learning system for musicians and tutors alike.

Not bad but the learning materials are expensive.
